How true to size is this? Is it fitted on top and loose on the bottom?

Hey Charlie. Yes it’s true to size. I’m a size 12 and fits me perfectly. It is fitted on top and loose at the bottom. You can bring the waist section in tighter with the ties at the back. Hope this helps x
