Vintage Y2K 90’s/early 2000’s style blue tiered mesh & lace mini dress Dark blue semi - sheer mini dress circa late 90’s early 2000’s in a mesh/tulle like fabric I’ve had this dress in storage for years so it’s at least 15-20 years old This dress is so unique and features so many styling elements from the early naughties!!
