Hi! No stretch to this top, I am the same which is why I’m selling! However, I’m more of a true 12, so I would say it would fit a 10. It is similar to a corset type style in that it compresses the bust a little when you wear it.

I would say a small 12! I’m a 12 and it fits, can zip it up etc, but it has no give which makes it too firm around my bust/back as I am broad. Hope that helps!
