Black denim dress with leather straps, second halter strap and leather appliqué down the front and back side panel seams. Fit and flare shape that hugs the curves and kicks out at the hem. Made in India by Lecoanet Hemant which is a French/German/Indian designer label that started in 1981 and does a lot of made to order couture pieces. They no longer seem to produce much from this line but second hand pieces still sell for hundreds if not thousands (see 1st Dibs screenshot). You can tell the techniques used to make this dress and appliqué the leather pieces over the seams would have taken hours. No fabric tag but denim would be cotton elastane and the black os real leather. Tagged size 38, best fits 8-10 NZ, denim has some stretch. Bust approx 88cm Waist approx 70cm Hips approx 92cm Length 86cm Great condition! Seems barely worn.
