Hi :) No rips, holes, snags, or stains. Fabric does not stretch so what you see in the photos is accurate in terms of its shape. Close up photo is representative of the condition of the lace. As noted - It is in good condition - but it is a few seasons old and has been worn so if you are looking for brand new then it's probably not for you.
