hi, what is the fabric please (what % wool)?

I bought this off here and it stated it was wool. But it is handmade and has no labels. It is fully lined. It looks great on but is just too small for me. I am a size 10 in most things but this would def be best on a 8 or even 6 to be able to wear something warm under it.
