Sorry - the description says true size 10 but the listing says size 12?

sorry for my delayed response! the waistband is quite firm so they need a little squiggle on to get over the hips once they're on they're great so I feel they fit a 10 perfectly and are fitting like a small 12 depending on your hips. If you know this style from NOMd and your sizing you'll be fine but I didn't want to not mention they're like a 10 and then them be too small. hope that helps!
