Wear it multiple ways with different wrap styles, a knee length dress featuring 3/4 sleeves with little bows. Beautiful blue colour, slightly sheer Rayon material. A classic Kilt piece, NZ made, size 12, but would fit 10-14 because of style. A couple of minor pulls with loose threads in the fabric (see pics of these).
