Beautiful skirt by lounge Repertoire, I've only worn this once or twice, the design is flattering, looks so good on many different looks, only selling as I sized up to a 12,so I had it more on my hips,,skirt itself has stretch,but waist band has no stretch,as the fold bit has no give.
