Hi does the fabric have any stretch? And can the sleeve parts been worn on the shoulder like a cap sleeve? Thanks

Hi Kelly, it has very little stretch - it is quite thick crepe material. It would look nice wearing as cap sleeves, I've never tried it though- so not sure how it would stay up. It can also be worn as strapless with arms not through the sleeves.
