I’d say it’s reasonably firm / has structure but not uncomfortable (doesn’t feel like your foot is on a paddle or anything, but also not floppy like a Havaiana). Quite lightweight too, I’ve tried others that are heavy and uncomfortable to walk in. Have these in black and love them!

Are these suitable for wide feet and are they true to a 9?

Yes true 9, I’m normally a 9/40. Should be fine for wide feet, I’ve seen other brands that are more minimal in terms of width but these have that stitching line you can see in the photo so think are made to have a bit more room around the foot.
