I’m short so the top folded over the skirt when I tried it on, hence didn’t see the hole, the bottom of the dress is more fitted , with a side zip, and panelling in the skirt, and the top then sits fuller, like a separate top, however not so. It is beautifully crafted, designed by NZ designers, in a top quality heavy weight 100% cotton (feels like brushed)
