Good condition however the ends of the pants are fraying with a small tear on one leg. However, you could just hem them less than 1cm and it would fix it. I just haven’t gotten around to it and don’t think you notice when it’s on. Elasticated waist band so could fit 10-14 I think depending on desired fit.
