Is this itchy? Would you say it’s oversized and would fit a 14?

Thanks! And what would you say the overall condition of the coat is out of 10? Is there any marks or pulls etc

I would say like an 7 out of 10 - no marks or pulls in good condition but not brand new. I do have the belt now too!
