Worn once for my friend's wedding. I was about 20 weeks pregnant when wearing but the dress would fit any size bump - very generous in terms of room and super comfortable. Dress is a size 20 on the tag, I'm usually a 16 but needed to order up for extra room for the belly. The top was altered to fit slightly more snug so would be a true size 16/18 -not 20.
