NOM*d Layered Bubble Hem Crepe Dress Despite being produced between 2008-2010, this piece by beloved Dunedin label NOMd carries all the signature the label is known for. Crafted from an inner layer of stretch rayon tech fabric and an outer layer of viscose crepe, it is a sleeveless style with an above-the-knee length. The interior layer is attached with a slight twist to give that bubbly, drape hem. It also features pin tuck details at the shoulder and panelling throughout.
