Hi! I I’d say it will be ok for a size 10/12 as the top is loose, the arm openings are quite large and the hem is elastic Im usually a size 8/10 and it’s a bit too big from the top for me. I just passed it on to double check. I am on the smaller side breast wise. So definite yes for a size 10 and 12 as well unless larger breasts then Im not 100% sure
