Beautiful rouched skirt with a high split up one side. Hard to get a picture to show how beautiful it is. Would suit an 8-10 I would say. I’m more of a 12 and it sits too high on my waist and too tight around my hips- only worn once. Happy to post more measurements if needed. Ankle length.
