In used condition, as shown in the pictures the strap is broken. The button that keeps the strap looped has come off but I’m sure this can be fixed if you take it in to a store or get a replacement piece! I bought the second hand as well so the bag is discoloured (supposed to be an off white cream colour) and the logo is very faint.
