No sorry! I didn't get any and no doesn't fit me :/ Yep it ties up! It's not a "wrap" dress- the tie part kind of just allows you to adjust the top part a bit

I would say yes true to 12, maybe a tiiiiny bit of give due to the tie part at the front? It is meant to be a slightly bigger fit (see model) so depends on what kind of look you're going for :)
