Is this stretchy would it fit a size 12 on top and 1r on bottom?

There is definitely some stretch in the top (but its not super stretchy), and that is, in fact, why I'm selling the dress as it's too big for me - I'm usually a 10 top and 8 bottom but in this case the size 10 is too big for me

Hi Kate, so is it the top of the dress is too big for you? What is your bust size if you don't mind me asking, as I'm usually a 8-10 in dresses but usually the bust area is too small. Thank you!

The bust area is pretty generous and would easily accommodate up to a DD, unfortunately its too big on the hips for me, I"m an 8 or even a 6 sometimes - so it fits me on the top but not the bottom, it wd probably be perfect for you!
