Hi, the length from underarm to hem is 74cm and from inside top neckline to hem is 98cm. Unfortunately there is no tag that shows the actual fabric, just the care label and the Widdess/size label. I have another garment that feels similar and it is a viscose/acetate 50/50 mix. Apologies I can't be any more specific.
