Hello, I believe so, there is grain definition on the back and I’ve used leather conditioner on it and it without any issues.

Hi Nadia, I am 99% sure it is leather. It does not have the smell of PVC or polyurethane or vegan leather. It is in very good vintage condition for a bag (circa 70’s). Most bags in that period were used with real materials and good quality craftsmanship. Hope this helps 🙂
