The most amazing dress! Has sleeves but you can tuck them in to wear without as I have done in pictures. Size 22 on tag but would fit a 18-24 as it ties Paid $350 brand new for it and worn once for 10 hours at a wedding. Has since been dry cleaned It also has sleeves as pictured but you can tuck them in which I did.
