Wore this a couple times last summer, is in excellent condition bought from Amazon surf for $99. It's tagged a size 10. I'm a nz 10, 34c cup, 12 across the bottom and this fits me because of the flattering empire line style which drops from under the shirred or elasticated bodice, and full skirt. This would best suit a 10 IMO, but will also fit a slim 12 because of the style - but go by the measurements I've taken from the dress below.
