Wore this a couple times last summer, is in excellent condition bought from Amazon surf for $99 . It's double layered fabric as the top layer is semi sheer Broderie Anglaise eyelet fabric, and then has a lining layer. The tube top part at the back doesn't have a lining layer. It's tagged a size 8, but comes up large IMO. I'm a nz 10, 34c cup, 12 across the bottom and this fits me because of the empire line style which drops from under the bust, elasticated top, and the full skirt. This would best suit a 10 IMO, but will also fit an 8 or slim 12 because of the style - but go by the measurements I've taken from the dress below.
