Who authenticates them ? I’m only asking bc I brought a item this year that was supposedly authenticated and I got completely scammed&lost 2k over it…pls don’t think I’m coming at u I ask every1 this now,I have to do my home work b4 making big purchases Jades now,I appreciate ur times thank u

No worries at all and we completely understand. We don't take offense as we are confident in our products as we hand pick our personal sellers. Our brand new items are purchased by our network of personal shoppers worldwide (Japan and Europe) hence, we don't have receipts as the shoppers keep them for their records (plus they charge as more on top of whatever they purchased it for). We have third party authenticators that do it for us, we pay for external authenticators and we have 2-3 companies that do it depending on the items (some companies only authenticate certain brands, hence we turn to 3 trusted authentication services to do it).
