Before I commit, could I please just double-check the condition? In the pictures I can see a bit of marking on the insoles and what looks like rubber on the bottoms, so I wasn’t sure if they’ve only been tried on or worn outside at all. Would you mind confirming whether they’ve had any wear, and whether the rubber soles were added after purchase? If possible, could you also send: – a close-up of each insole in good light, and – a clear photo of the bottoms from the side and straight on. Thank you so much – just want to be sure I understand the condition correctly.

Hi Jane We got the shoes from my sister, we contacted her to double check, she believes she bought the shoes from a Dior store on Queen St Auckland. had wore the shoes once or twice outside, recommended you wear a little before getting the sole protection. The protective soles were put on by Gemmells Auckland in 2023 for $65 confirmed on the phone by them today. The marks on the inner sole that are in the photo mentioned came off with a cloth. Sorry we didn’t notice them until you mentioned. We have added new photos including the ones requested. These shoes are in perfect condition - they are such beautiful shoes - I must say ! .
