Sorry but can’t see the hole, which photo shows this please. Also is it dryclean only or hand wash ok?

Hi, just added 3 pics, 2 with close up of the hole which isn’t an actual hole but more of a tiny loose thread. And one with washing label and yes it can be hand washed!
