Tracy Feith is designer vintage.. Super cool in the 90s with stores in NY, The Hamptons and LA. He still makes small collections with items going in the thousands (USD). This dress is such a fun little take on a classic shirt dress. Super soft. One of the buttons may need it's hole to be tightened as it tends to open on me every once in a while. Size petite (would fit a 6 - 8 NZ).
