I am reasonably sure it would providing nothing bulky was underneath. Armpit to armpit when fastened is 41 cm, length is 45 cm from back of neck, width at bottom is 40 cm (note this is very cropped) and top of sleeve width is 15 cm - I normally wore this open however if you measure your bust and top of arm and double my measurements you should get a good indication. Hi, the inside tags print is ridiculously small so im unable to confirm. I think it is calf skin with soft cotton lining. My apologies I couldn't confirm this for you
