High-waisted and paper-bag waist with matching fabric tie/belt. 100% silk Karen Walker. I can't remember what collection these pants were from but I wore them a lot when my kids were little (they are super-comfy and very flattering, especially on a curvy figure as they make your legs look longer and nip in at the waist). Though silk I found them really easy to look after - I just hand-washed and hung them to dry. I haven't worn them in a long time so time to find a new home.
