Cotton linen fabric - great for summer. Sage green and cream stripe. Had it professionally custom made by a dress maker. The green is solid at the waist of the skirt then as the pleats fall out opens to the cream stripe. Happy to send more photos/measurements. Lovely to wear. Grab a bargain.
