Hi Kitty, I doubt it would fit three different sizes, in terms of length possibly, but it really depends on the strap I.e. are they slim fitting or looser to accomodate a wider foot, if you are a 40 and they fit you, do you have a narrow or wide foot and do they fit secure or loose? Thanks
