Yes I reckon so! I am a size 8 and they fit me, I think cos they are quite high waisted. I normally take a 26 or 27 waist in jeans.

They are a size 25 on the label. I am typically a waist 26 and can fit them, I think because they are quite high waisted so fit on the smallest part of the waist.
