PLISSE floral print midi dress! Tag is worn and faded, so don't know brand or other specifics, but is vintage and probably made in New Zealand. Features a tie-up asymmetrically placed keyhole at the neckline, bottom half is plisse pleated, blue with black floral motif all over, elasticated at the waist with belt loops - Size = tag is worn and faded, but fits like a 6 to 8, small 10 (I'm small 10 in photo) - P2P = 40cm laid flat and stretched out - Length = 109cm - Waist when laid flat and unstretched = 26cm across - Fabric = most likely polyester. Extremely good condition, no flaws that I can see EXCEPT that the fabric belt it probably came with is no longer with the dress ~ loops can either be cut off, or a belt of any kind can be added.
