Jo Mercer leather sling back loafers, adjustable back straps, the stock photo is of a similar style used to show fit (as you can see the shoes for sale. The shoes are in pre-owned condition with a couple of flaws as shown in the last two photos. The leather on the heel of one of the shoes is worn a bit (not visible when the shoes are on of course), and the covering of the heel is chipped on one of the shoes (not very visible when the shoes are on).
