Is it a small 8, so wouldnt fit a 10?

I used to wear a NZ size 8–10, but I’m now a size 12. The coat is quite fitted and feels too tight around my arms, and I’m unable to button it up comfortably. It has a slightly cinched waist with a gentle flare towards the bottom. I hope this helps.
