Hi Lindy. So the front of the sits from your cleavage and the front hem at the bottom of your crotch area. I wear this with shorts in the summer and jeans in rhetorical winter or wet look tight pants. The back measurements from shoulder to the hem is approx 84cms. Hope this helps. I am 5”4
