Bought new but no fabric labels or tags. Bought as a size 8. Off-white crochet look top with red puffball skirt. Comes with an additional matching red tie for around your waist / in your hair, etc. Unknown fabric but there’s a slight stretch to the waist and the off-white top half. Zip fastening at back and fully lined. Rough measurements: Shoulder to hem 76cm Waist measurement when not stretched out is 32cm wide so 64cm circumference.
