Midi Silk Blend Dress

Hi. I will think on it;-) Have measured a new CR silk shirt I bought from AU and had to have shoulders lifted; it is now 36.5cm. Likewise a new dress I bought at the same time . So thinking that 38cm might just be too large for me. Needing to return a size 4 dress to CR as even the salesgirl noted the shoulders were large on me.
