Gorgeous dress with feather design. 3/4 length sleeves with bell bottom cuffs Sheer overlay with a sheer black slip underneath, attached. Looks great worn as it is however, I wore it with a high waisted thin belt to change the look and shorten the length. Proudly NZ made. Selling as now too big for me. Will fit a size 12 to 14 lady ????
