It’s not a thick velvet it’s perfect for summer and spring. Fabric is lovely. If you’d prefer to wear it shorter or as a mini you can easily Ruch or gather up the sides. I’m 5.8 and it finishes at the knee on me. I’m a 34c cup, 10 up top, 12 behind 10 everywhere else and this fits me, as the fabric has hug and give, only selling as it’s a bit too sexy for me.
