Beautiful black fitted dress. Puff chiffon off the shoulder sleeves fitted at the wrist, ribbed/ruched style body with frills at the bottom. Love this dress but never had the occasion to wear it. Will fit size medium/larger size 10-14 with its stretch. Slightly sheer when in pure sunlight but not noticeable if you’re wearing black underneath.
