Hi, I think it could but just depends on how big you on the top half - bust and waist. The hips aren’t any issue with dress and the slip will fit.

There is a size chart in the pictures, I think it’s pretty accurate. I don’t want to come across as unhelpful but the way I measure things could be quite different or wrong. This is a brand new dress and I don’t want a buyer saying you said blah…
