Hey! I would say it’s best for a size 8 so that you can comfortably layer underneath especially when it’s rainy and cold! It would fit a 10 with layers but would be tighter, or if you were a 10 and only wore a tshirt underneath it would be fine also. Sorry I don’t have anything to measure it with but it’s between cropped and normal length x
