Hi Susie, I'm between sizes 6 and 8 and the jumpsuit fits me well. I just measured it and the lying flat bust is 43cm, waist is generous and to be cinched with a belt - 40cm, hips are 48cm. So, the waist area is not an issue at all and it will fit a bust of up to 86cm and hips of up to 96cm. Hope this helps!
