Dotty patterned dress by HI THERE from KAREN WALKER; red and black coloured. Has a ruffle trimmed v-heckine that is secured with a single (concealed when done up) small dome button ... has also been sewn together below the dome for extra security (not sure if either of those are part of the design, or if they were added after-retail - see last 3 photos for this detail). The rest of the (lower part of the) dress is a wrap-over design that ties up at the side (photo one shows belt wrapped right around the waist and tied at the right side; 3rd photo shows it tied at the left side). Size = 12 on the tag Waist = 30.5cm across waist unstretched, fairly stretchy Length = 66cm Fabric = Polyester. Good condition, no major flaws.
