Hi, Ill put up a pic of the back tonight but I can tell you npw it is exactly the same as the front just without the cutout at the top.

Sorry about the wait, ill upload pictures of the back now, it turns out it does have the cutout at the top in the back and front so its identical both ways. Also I would call it semi pleated, there's a little bit of pleating but because Im a little too big for the dress, they get flattened out when I wear it.
